How would he know? Stocko, look at it from a process of elimination.
The only sizeable chunk sold was the 6 mill in July. None of the top 15 have decreased (some have actually increased) their holdings in ATC.
So how have 'the founders' sold? Along with the escrow till 2004, it just does not add up.
