You really are pulling at straws now. Yes, ATC has failed to deliver FNT in Sept 02, but the announcment does say:
(1) ATC has already commenced to carry FNT traffic
(2) Completion of FNT scheduled on or about 31 Dec 02.
(3) Pulse Telecom vendor happy to take the majority of purchase price in scrip.
(4) US40,000 a month savings in rent
(5) Hong Kong switching capability increased from 40 mill minutes a month to 60 mill minutes.
(6) Additional profitable revenue stream from Pulse Telecom of A600,000 per month.

This would have to be the FNT papers. Its all happening, should be any day now!
