Big call Tumble , They were only knowledgeable because they agree with your view .." confirmation bias " comes to mind. The posters you mentioned gave as good as they got , and I am not sure of each individual situation , but most of your " knowledgeable contributors " did not hold , so what is their ( ?) motive ..purely altruistic , must be good to be chosen to do God's work on earth.
