The DMC move is very shrewd, if it succeeds than CFE obtains a quality iron ore asset at reasonable price. If it fails because the offer is trumped by another party, than it allows for the realisation of DMM SP value earlier than anticipated by TS. Win-Win situation really with the IO market these days.
