    With oil below $40 a barrel and headed lower, coal prices falling and gas prices on the decline too the need for clean energy as far as investment markets are concerned is in the distant future and thats all that matters

    These guys would have done a lot better to have done a share buy back to get the share price back towards at least its cash backing and then assessed more pressing clean tech needs such as Clean Air or Clean water
