aiAustomotive are now acquiring Victorian based automotive components manuafacturer, Kosma Industries as part of the long term strategy of consolidation of the automative industries following the acquisition of Henderson and Dair andsoon to be completed acquisition of HPG transaction.
I presume that management have done their homework so that they are not paying too much over the odds for those takeovers and they appear to be able to quickly extract cost savings and synergies.
