Our market totally illogical at momoment. Cash is king but market won't sit on cash forever (in my opinion not really that long at all). I wouldn't touch Banks or property, energy sector oil/gas only place for me.
The astute with longer term view will be buying at these prices. By June, NXS should have AZA merger bedded down and looks likely to be able to announce a substantial increase in oil reserves so odds favour a substantial rerating of share price in due course. NXS has active drill campaign this year so possible share price rerating can come from those activities as well. Stockanalysis stating current buying is below half actual value. Highly recommend subscription to Stockanalysis for those with portfolios in oil/gas sector.
i remain a comfortable long term holder in NXS.
