The ASX guidelines seem to be if it is not material it is not announced, but this seems to be flexible as much as silly putty, mining companies drilling is announced, why? I suppose they are burning the companies money… new director seem to be material as they cost the company money in directors fees, but doing a partnership with Microsoft or Fujitsu must be a game of chess or tidily winks, of course nothing material comes from these partnerships thus the wisdom is to not inform the market, they can find out later when the financials come out. Its completely foo kayed.
