Question….What happens to a company’s stock price if the company cannot communicate updates to the stock market?
No one can research as they have no idea that the company exists.
No one researches so no one buys.
Only existing holders buy and this cannot go on forever.
The stock price falls as people get sick of holding with no updates.,
People sell out and the price goes down.
This is a hypothetical, ( not real )Then there is a trading halt, Fujitsu offer to buy the company for 50 cents a share ( I wish )
Market says….how did this happen? We had no idea that this was on the cards, we did not even know they knew each other. Crickets policy in play.
Shareholders that sold out for peanuts go beserk.
who is Fujitsu? No research, and on that note who is Raytheon, Northrup Grumman, Thales, Lockheed Martin, or Microsoft, we thought the company was only selling hotdogs at Bunnings.
