On resource size and TREO yes MEI deserves a much higher MC.
In saying that as I said previously. The full outlay of basket price accompanied with acid usage numbers is genuinely required to make a more informed opinion when making comparisons.
The huge resource may mean a larger production figure or much longer mine life so that is good.
The basket really does come in to it. TREO is misleading. What would you prefer, an average of 2500ppm @ $25 per kilo or 1000ppm @ $75 per kilo? Remember some REE's have next to no value at all. Meaning you can have extremely high amounts of REE's e.g 2500ppm but if it comprises of low value REE's it means nothing.
Then looking at the cost to produce it using reagents. Strength and volume heavily effect opex when you could be leaching vat amounts of ore per annum.
Does MEI deserve a x10 MC? Not enough info at present to make that call by me unfortunately.
