Exactly, I would be inclined to even argue big time investors are in deep if at all in AR9. The small amount of shares on offer coupled with a tiny price I would be heavily inclined it was all retail investors getting in for a quick $$.
One can argue that the sky if falling all day long the facts remain we are holding the ground and moving forward.
