Not saying it is, but this may of been planned, even by dropping 5M shares at a loss of 25% would increase the $9M worth of shares by 25% , then after the deal the brakes come off and an extra $2.5 million for loss of $500,000 and come out $2 million in front. Would you do it? I bet the share price bounces straight after the deal is done.
