I'm going to assume you're new to this, rather than experienced and deliberately being nefarious, so the explanation is as follows.

The company was overpriced last year. It should have never gone up to 60c based purely on business performance. It got run up on a broad sector push, and has taken a year to slowly churn through the register back to the more responsible realm of 10-15x sales.

Now at 32c, the business is in a far superior position with sales completed, and future sales on the horizon than it was in the 50-60c range.
