Not the first company to have to apply to the court due failure to register changes to director shareholdings. The court thing is a formality in those instances I have observed, but getting a place on the court schedule list could be a bit of a drawn out affair, given covid has reduced manning in various judicial and government departments. Feel for those trapped here in the suspension who had planned to sell for whatever reason, even worse is if you desperately needed the money. We should expect and demand some kind of explanation from the company as to how the oversight occurred and what actions have been taken, including I hope an impact on someone's remuneration, or position in the company, or withdrawal of performance bonus rights, whichever is applicable. Just throwing a general query out there but should not the relevant paperwork have been done and submitted by the Company Secretary, or at least tracked by this person to ensure paperwork is forwarded on-time ?
