For refresher, here is the allocated finances from the last Capital Raise about 12 months ago:

To my knowledge the $3M for targeted acquisitions and $1M for Kojensi Launch to date has not occurred(therefore not spent). Whatever cash they have, that $4M(at least) if from the last capital raise not spent. If they are raising $1.5M then they should have about $5.5M available from capital raising to do whatever they are planning to do. I am assuming the $1.5M for alliance and partnering has been used to sure up their existing collaborations/partnerships.

I will refrain from speculation and making further comment on their business strategy until they release the prospectus for the raise, suffice to say it needs to be somewhat extraordinary of they are going to save the MC value and share price.
