I haven't heard much out of ARA lately on their Cromwell plans lately.
I just had a quick look at the current listed REITs managed by ARA and what an absolute disaster they are. Every single REIT they manage is trading at a large discount to NAV, except ARA Logos REIT which is managed by Logos, not ARA. Investors are really pricing in a big corporate governance discount when managed by ARA.
Seems a bit rich when ARA try to talk down Cromwell as a manager.
