Yes, of course, Myriam. The common punter knows very little of what's going on behind the scenes. All sorts of things are possible -have always been possible. I wouldn't be surprised if we're asked to go and fight at Galipoli again! That's why governments have got to be totally transparent. The more transparent they are the more they are protected by their people. The more secretetive they are the more they are susceptible of dirty, behind-the-scenes argie-bargie. I want open government. Full stop! And the argument that the likes of Hussein don't have such an open government doesn't cut ice with me.
