Just noticed that the Arab owned Cristal Company has despatched its Bidders Statement to share holders like me, today.
Apparently we have to 4 July to accept the offer of 32 cents per share.
What if we don't accept the offer?
Cristal wants 90% ownership of Bemax, apparently.
So, if they do obtain a large majority share holding, surely that will mean that BMX shares will be tightly held in that future, and anyone wanting a piece of the pie, will have to pay a premium price for the shares?
What say you to that?
