No, that's not why, ghosty. The reason the pallies don't have any hospitals, or schools, or houses, or any reasonably standing building is because the Israelis use lots and lots and lots of military toys to blow them ALLLLL up! (And that's why the pallies threaten to drive the Israelis into the sea)
