Risk v's reward is the name of the game. Buying in it at these levels the risk if non existant whatsoever. Bank on that. Am happy handing over money at these levels. Just ask yourself, why would this Chinese company bother with us with a few other companies in what appears to be in more advanced stages..etc etc.
