Good evening to all holders, just left the shareholders EGM meeting, on 2 resolutions with ECE coming on board at Arafura Resources Ltd.

Resolution 1 was passed, 18.471m proxies FOR and only 212k Against.
All shareholders present at meeting voted unaminously FOR.

Resolution 2 was passed, 18.405m proxies FOR and only 238k Against.
All shareholders present at meeting voted unaminously FOR.

The EGM went VERY WELL with the chairman of ECE, Mr.Shao Yi, a likeable bloke, stating that ECE were in for the LONG TERM, and made it well known to the audience, after a Pirra question that shareholders future will not be DILUTED.

They, ECE will be assisting the BOARD and Management in every way to fund the necessaries going forward for production ASAP.

Unfortunately, due to personal reasons only, Alistair Stephens, our Managing Director, indicated that he would be leaving the company in early 2010. He stated that he was a very tired man, after some many exhaustive months soliciting a way around the world wide financial meltdown, to get this company moving forward. AND most of all he has been away from his family for too long, and has decided to move back to Brisbane in 2010. A BANANA BENDER, jesus they do have some good ones up there after all.

Pirra extends the very best to AS in the future, he will be sorely missed, but NOTE, he will not leave until an adequate replacement has been found and trained to his satisfaction.

The future of ARAFURA is well and truly now cemented with ECE joining the company as a major shareholder. This company will definitely go places IMHO. The whole world, the PRESS, INVESTORS, BIG and SMALL, Institutions and your MUMS and DADS are now waking up to the full importance of REE's and the fact that ARU does have the goods.

Remember, DYOR and do it VERY WELL, the rewards are HUGE.
