Hi Gf, we have a couple of tremendous operators and initially my thought also.

But Gavin has also been going hard and probably deserves a break too; certainly he should given a round of thanks.

I think there is a fair case to get someone who has delivered a project before, there should be plenty out there now that ARU is in the spotlight.

I just hope that we get someone with a strong character that pays respect to the history of ARU and the team on board.
Coz we do indeed have a great team.

Also now we have the Chinese on board someone will need to keep them in check as they cant have any more lol..
