May be I have an English challenge - native speaker could you please advice:
There are two different announcements from ARU just right now. One at ASX another at ARU homepage:
ARU:"Arafura Resources Limited (Arafura) today announced the signing of an agreement with Incitec Pivot Limited (Incitec) to develop a chemical processing facility supplying chemicals to Arafura’s proposed rare earths-phosphate processing facility. ..."
ASX:"Arafura Resources Limited (Arafura) is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Incitec Pivot Limited (Incitec) under which Arafura and Incitec Pivot will evaluate the feasability of constructing integrated chemical facilities to supply relevant chemicals to Arafura’s proposed rare earths-phosphate processing facility..."
This is for me a total different meaning. In the ARU homepage announcement I read that they will build the plant and now work on the details. In the ASX announcement they speak about a feasability study.
What is it?
