To have the director(s) of ANY company, as a shareholder with-in the top 20 of your company, in my experience, is a good thing.

To have the mix aru have with-in our top 20, would assume a correct motivation for the benefit of the company at large.

Now it's up to the individual s/holder to decide whether this mix is healthy or otherwise.
The part-owners of any co would expect the director(s) to provide the direction, the ways and means to achieve goals, to regularly set and achieve strategic milestones, and value add the company!

Imo, we have this at aru, and i'm willing to be corrected if found that i have been misled.
Believe it's more the market that's keeping the lid on the co ~ the value of 'in-ground' resource is ~ massive (dare i say that imo, assume near double what it's previously recorded as at around 2005!, and time will tell / confirm, based on future report findings - due towards year end).
