would appear that a suggested deal with ipl could lead to reciprocal business deal, imo.
Ipl could do with 30+ year supply business (as any forward looking comp would), and i would think that with that, comes the input financially to construct the Nolans site.
The $500mil required over the next 2 - 3 years is ,imo, achievable for a company the size of ipl.
Given an income stream (to IPL) for chemical requirement, and input or deal with the distribution of a portion of the out-put from nolans, would provide a positive outcome for all concerned!
