My concern, which I have posted before is that, if I were a thinking person with the responsibility of protecting my home country's access to REES, guess where I would have had my country establish a shareholding in the "biggest, newest, most efficient etc etc.
It would not surprise me to find that such interested parties might already be significant shareholders in Lynas and be in a position to steer much of the future of Lynas. Would Australia's FIRB prevent control of Lynas being sold/owned by the USA ? A little bit like selling off Vegemite or Speedo?
