I don't think ILU needs to report offtake talks/agreements for rare earths as they aren't material to their business ...... yet. Unlike ARU, ASM and other juniors.

IMO the loan deal by the Australian Government was a poor one, as it's now clear ILU is struggling to put a viable project together despite their (monazite concentrate) feedstock being the highest grade (in TREO terms) on the planet! And part of the reason for that is ILU has no history of technical capability in designing a rare earths plant, and their whole business case was reliant on an 8 or 10 year stockpile at Eneabba, with the prospect of additional feedstock from ILU projects not yet proven nor permitted, or, worse still, third party feedstock requiring the execution of commercial agreements.
