Gina/HP got in (relatively) early on ARU at 37c, a premium to today's SP. There's also been plenty of speculation that it's her shares being used in short positions and that management is "fine" with this as it's to their benefit.
Is it there for, remotely possible that Gina/HP had some awareness about these tariffs and mandates when they did the deal and hence, ARU had no choice (at that time) to take the deal knowing that there would be consequential SP manipulation closer to FID?
