I guess we all invest in ARU and others because we believe in the decoupling or diversification of the supply chains. I guess this is well known to the government. But what always surprises me is that despite this knowledge it seams the west in not reacting here. I also invest in Tungsten and there you have a 80% supply ratio coming from China. For Rare earth it is 65-70%. I still believe that it needs more shocks before there are taken strong and fast actions by government and companies. I think they still can buy cheap in China and do not really see the necessity to buy a ex-China material. Also we see in the west that there is seldom payed a premium for these materials. I hope this is about to change. I hope you are right and you state you have a insight here that there a changes implemented in the Background.
