Gina knows the value of Aru's resource, and has maintained her 10% holding though the recent capital raise.
If Gina wants a bigger piece of Aru, the share price will rise.
If anyone wants to challenge Gina's postion, the share price will rise.
Either way, there will be a jump in share price.
