Well according to the CEO letter thanks to this poor ROI 16c capital raise the cornerstone investors will not be expecting a discount.
I guess they don't need to expect one, as the CEO just gave them one anyway.
- In the last 8 months Management have given away 15% of our company for cheap. We now own 15% less
- In the last 8 months, Management dropped 55% of the value of the company to raise $50M
No wonder KMP want so many shares (for free) including CFO for 9,000,000 and CEO for 27,000,000. The company has been diluted so much that it's shares are worth much less.
