To date; this has not been the case - for many reasons outlined previously.
But importantly the lack of care for shareholder value has been more prominently displayed.
Two sayings come to mind with regard to you praising people that have not shown their worth or have overseen a destruction of SP and dilution of shares.
1. Actions prove who someone is; words just prove who they want to be.
2. Well done is better than well said.
