When more shares are issued, there is less Market Cap to go between the shares.
Thus the share price must reflect accordingly (and all else being equal, this will mean a lower share price).
What was MC/SOI=share price, is now MC/SOI+issued=share price. This applies to both current and future share price.
Arafura Board have issued:
~155M shares last Dec (13.5c effective)
~155M shares in July (16c effective)
~46M shares to management (free)
When more shares are issued, there is less Market Cap to go...
