As we approach this year’s AGM, it's crucial to reflect on the performance of our current directors and management. They dismissed our previous management, claiming they were better suited for the job.

Despite a favorable climate marked by an ex-China supply deficit, they have consistently missed budgets, overspent our hard-earned money, and returned shares to short-sellers. All this while awarding themselves generous remuneration packages and salaries far exceeding those of the outgoing management.These actions demonstrate a concerning lack of foresight and responsibility. It’s time to hold them accountable for their mismanagement and seek leadership that will seize opportunities for sustainable growth.

Your vote is essential in shaping the future of our company—let’s ensure we elect directors who prioritise our interests and drive true value.

Perhaps most alarming is their refusal to respond to shareholder questions about their failures. Communication has become one-sided.

They do not own this company; they are simply paid handsomely to drive value for us, the shareholders, who have long supported and been disregarded.
