the only thing decoupling is aru share price from the rest of the market.
another decoupling is the delusional mind state of the leaders in believing they need to issued performance shares.

but then again their performance has been exceptional at keeping the share price below 20c inorder for them to get maximum return.
lets not discount the shorters that have benefited.
