38 yr mine on current plan at ~4500tpa NdPr, open at depth.
This new CEO's thinking is on the money - why not ramp it up when they have cashflow if there is a huge supply gap unable to meet demand. This is exactly what Lynas has done. Economics 101.
In other words, it seems they are angling for more than 4,500tpa a few years into production, which would greatly increase NPV given most other costs are fixed.
