1. Iluka is a lot closer to getting their plant set up and more likely to.
2. Iluka already pay a lot of taxes and should from the expansion into REE.

I worked for them (as a metallurgist) ages ago.

They always had monazite and sold it for REE production. Stockpiled tons of it in the ensuing years too. it was pretty much the Wa government being leery of Radiation from REE that stopped them from developing it earlier and forcing LYC to go all the way to Malaysia to do it. Underneath the same happens with uranium. The government and through them the people claim, how great they are but they are really the problem. I hope the weak as P, person who was offended and asked for my other post to be modded doesn't do so again.
