From her last takeovers, and others.

They tend to do this after all the work is complete.

To be fair they don’t have the skillset, or risk appetite to let anything at this stage fall over… projects like ours are almost impossible to get across the line.

So, with regard to us. The share price will run as it derisks.

Then she/others will make an offer at large premium. I believe 60-80% of fair price.

Unfortunately, we will have our shares taken, but will be paid well for them.

Use her business strategy of AZURE as a guide ($1.7B bid), except Lithium mines are on every corner. Rare earths are not to be found.

It really is a unique opportunity for her, unless someone else bombs her parade. But, that’s why she took 10%, it stops anyone else compulsorily taking over.

With here recent acquisitions Hancock has made, this is starting to look the obvious play to me. Unfortunately, I don’t feel we get to ride this one all the way. Those sons of fortesque articles we use to read, will play out. But maybe not with us as shareholders.

I would love to be wrong, but it’s not bad for most people, just those that wanted to be here for the next decade.
