More important to read more recent data. The ex China global emphasis is the major play in town. Comments by industry players and ARU stating caps and floors in pricing to guarantee stable pricing and that supply is paramount for companies such as ARU to not only develop but be highly viable for future decades.
Other comments around end users in EV stating the value component of PrNd magnets is minimal cost overall to EV production. Battery well that's another story.
So it's sounding clear that not only global govts are coming on board with huge support but also the Tier 1 global end users.
Wind turbines obviously need a lot - renewable shift comes with a $$ price substantial addition which is minimal to not doing anything and the future consequences I guess.
