Perhaps you missed the pre requisites required to secure financing - 85% offtake in place - which with ECA was agreed outstanding to 80%.
Early offtake years will pass - then ARU are positioned extremely well to keep tier 1 off take customers however renew terms and allow 80% designation to spot markets if they chose. Nothing happens without financing.
