I wrote recently about the very limited western supply chain, and the mandate for the west to source NdPr from a diversified supply chain. I should have wrote ZERO in the separation and refining!
Not only in the US, Japan, Korea, but as of end of last week, EU has also mandated diversification….
So, where do they are get this from? ARU??
