Yes that was just the most recent issue and why Lynas had to spend circa 7-800 million building the Kal plant to remove that radioactive element prior to shipping to LAMP for separation process after it was permitted for many years and levels on contamination were within guidelines. Then Malay govt abruptly ruled out court process to allow Lynas and extension to keep operating and just allowed them to operate as usual.

Anyway the point is these jurisdictions and unreliable ever changing govts can change the bar very quickly jeopardize international investments or cause substantial financial imposts similar to GGG who now have nothing but court proceedings etc.
Thankfully ARU will avoid all those imposts and exponential costs associated. Clearly what I am saying and have said here on many occasions over the past 18 months or more.
