I am pretty sure it was Star Group who were named in a tie up with US magnet supply chain and setting up a facility in the US.
More recently POSCO released a massive magnet supply agreements with US and EU.
Certainly a considerable amount of supply chain shift from that of China reliance and whon can supply these companies with quality and quantity of critical materials required will do very well indeed also in establishing long term early advantage. I know of at least one with ARU and ILUKA to follow and Vietnam - MP well they keep trying.
