Its clear they have been active, otherwise why is price stuck. We dont get full story considering dark pools are a thing. The price is held where it is due to shorts. Its mnaipulation, Ive posted the layering walls before (the ones can see). They have moved up and down from 18 to 15 back to 18. This is pure instos moves. The market is rigged.
