Charts can certainly be shaped by progressive events/announcements however not always as we see here. Minimal gains that are not sustained due to manipulation by accumulators/shorts.
IMU is an example again. 7 billion SoI - continued great announcements and progress - no SP movement. Then two months post announcements - all quiet SP rallies 200%.
