It's better because less dirt means less cost.
Less transportation costs and especially less treatment costs in the plant. Since energy prices and acid prices are skyrocketing these cost reductions FROM THE START are at least as important as a resource upgrade that extends the minelife from 20 to 30 years. And most importantly almost none of the REO gets lost during HMS. Lynas does some kind of separation too but they lose almost half of the REO in that process.

So we have 6% REO from the low-grade mineralisations plus a newly discovered high-grade zone with up to 25% REO. Add to that the high credits from phosacid, CaCl2 and uranium and you have a mixture that other REE-explorers can only dream of.

That leaves us with the question what the seller at 70 has seen in the QR that we haven't. I added even more to my position today.
