I wonder what's going on at our ARB hitting new highs. I believe it is 5 years since our last special dividend and with no interim dividend this year, perhaps a dividend totaling around $3 might be in order.
I wonder what Roger is thinking as he might need the money for a "life style" change like he did 17 years ago.
