In Victoria there are a range of businesses in "permitted" industries which has enough vagueness around it for me to not even bother to try and explain. But ARB would be a permitted business because of its "supply chain" characteristics i.e. a lot of businesses around Australia rely on delivery out of Victoria so, therefore, no issues. RWC, a provider of plumbing materials in Victoria guided the ASX on, firstly, its request for direction about continuing operations and then the ensuing advice from the Government that it could continue to operate. I suspect the businesses are similar from a "permitted" business point of view. There may, however, be rules around numbers on site which may curtail distribution levels a little but not sure.
