IMD this morning announced that they are not going ahead with the Coretrack merger.
So those who sold their IMD shares to buy CKK shares at arbitrage, hoping to get IMD shares back in exchange, will be left high and dry, unfortunately.
There had to be a reason that the apparent arbitrage gap didn't close, not just because of dividends, etc.
Glad I held onto my IMD....
