PH i know you are smarter then you average bear on the science side but i think you need to do more research

PTL101 is just Cannabidiol aka CBD which is the same as what is in the satipharm gell pills and what is actually being imported into Australia and sold in EU. Since it is from a naturally occurring source you cant patent it but need to do trials to establish the safety an efficacy of your pill. I believe Satipharm have already done that separate from Phytotech but if it was involved it was before the HVST deal so any related transactions has likely been accounted for.

Like i said the original Israeli Directors have left MMJ with one starting CPH. All the information on Phytotech is old and its value is impossible to judge atm. But personally i hold very little value in research companies because there probably 100 companies and universities doing similar research right now
